Required Documentation and Tax Preparation Deadlines
Income Summary including NR4 tax receipt and farm/crop income. (We require proof of income from Property Manager or cancelled cheques on lease.)
Expenses Summary (Receipts are required-faxed or mailed)
Bank mortgage interest (not combined P&I)
Rental agency fees
Property tax receipt
Tax return preparation fees
Property maintenance or farm expenses
NR6 (copy) signed by agent and owner
NR4 tax slip.
(Please note: A Rental agent must prepare and file with CRA by March 31 of each year)
T1013 and Address Update
New Clients please complete Form 1 and Form 2
Non Resident Rental Returns - due by June 30th each year.
(Please note: See Rental Property Information.)
